Matt Meier, Director of the Center for Speaking and Listening, shares a practical tip for creating more effective PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides presentations: minimizing on-screen text. By limiting slides to 7–10 words and avoiding full sentences, speakers help audiences focus on listening rather than reading.
