Abstract
After the pandemic began, a global surge in investing and trading unfolded, driven by the need for alternative income sources, highlighting the demand for astute decision-making tools. In response, the project introduces “Business Compass,” an interactive web platform underpinned by advanced AI technologies, including Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs), to empower informed financial and business decision-making. The platform's dual-fold structure comprises a dynamic machine learning-powered stock prediction model using historical data and a business case solver addressing complex business challenges. Through AI integration, Business Compass supports investors and businesses in making well-informed investment decisions and crafting effective business strategies. The stock prediction model utilizes historical data analysis to anticipate stock prices, assisting a growing investor base in navigating dynamic market scenarios. It aggregates historical stock prices for publicly-traded stocks, leveraging Deep Learning and mathematical models to predict stock prices. Users can input specific stock ticker symbols, and the platform presents predicted prices via informative graphs, enabling accuracy assessments through historical data and real-vs-predicted price comparisons. Concurrently, the business case solver addresses the increasing complexities of business challenges in a rapidly changing landscape marked by trends, evolving customer preferences, and technological advancements. When users input specific business scenarios requiring solutions, the solver utilizes LLMs to explore diverse scenarios, generate hypotheses and solutions tailored to inputs, and provide actionable implementation plans, facilitating strategic adaptations to ever-shifting market dynamics.
