Abstract

It is not easy to have time to keep learning new things every day because of the busyness of completing daily tasks. However, lifelong learning outside the classroom and workplaces can help to broaden perspectives, deepen knowledge, and promote contemplation. KIRINUKI, a web application, will address this problem by allowing users to decide on a topic every week, read and record an article they read every day, and check a monthly report to reflect on what they have learned in the past. KIRINUKI will utilize Google search within a web application to allow users to explore topics and embed ChatGPT to summarize an article. All articles read in a month are gathered as a monthly report. Users can explore topics by using Google search within a web application page and decide what topic they learn in a week at the beginning of each week. Once they decide on the topic, they will find an article through Google search and choose one article daily. Users can edit the library page to keep useful resource links for future use. After reading an article, users will record the article's information including a website link, any picture of the article, and an article summary by ChatGPT. The information will be stored in a database and each uploaded picture will be shown on a monthly report page. Users can also export the list of links each month.
