Abstract
This project is an Android-based game designed to help individuals recognize and overcome negative thought patterns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. The game consists of three mini-games: 1. Negative Thought Shooter: Players will "shoot" negative thoughts as they pop up on the screen, helping them quickly identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts. 2. Mindfulness Practice: This game guides players through simple mindfulness exercises, like focusing on their breath, using calming visuals and sounds. 3. Guided Meditation: Players will be taken through a series of short, relaxing meditation sessions to calm their minds and promote emotional awareness. The game is designed to make therapeutic techniques more approachable and enjoyable, especially for people who may not have access to traditional therapy. By incorporating CBT principles into a fun, interactive experience, this app aims to support users in managing their mental health more effectively.
