Abstract
Could there be anything wrong with looping your boss into an email thread? Isn't complete transparency a good thing? Our resident ethicist Andy Cullison and Getting Ethics to Work producer Kate Berry discuss a workplace dilemma in which an employee CCs his boss in an email exchange with a co-worker. On this episode and every episode, we dig into complicated stories from the workplace and discuss the underlying moral problems these cases bring up. Have a workplace dilemma you need some help with? Send your story to our producer Kate at katherineberry@depauw.edu. For the episode’s transcript, click here.
