Abstract
Why would a company ever bother being certified as a "B Corp"? In order to be classified as a B Corporation, a company must undergo an intense certification process that requires companies to balance profit with purpose. So why go to all that trouble? Andy Cullison interviews Christopher Marquis on the show today, who makes the argument that in order to transform capitalism as we know it, businesses must become better. On this episode and every episode, we dig into the complicated moral issues people face at work. If you have a workplace dilemma you need some help with, send your story to our producer Kate at katherineberry@depauw.edu. For this episode’s transcript, click here. Shownotes What is a "B Corp"?
