Abstract
Whether you're an employee, a manager or a business-owner, you know that fear can have a huge impact on decision-making. This is especially true when we're facing a deadly global pandemic. On today's episode, Andy and Kate explore courage as a virtue using a case of fear-shaming over concerns about COVID-19 at the office. On this episode and every episode, we dig into the complicated moral issues people face in the workplace.
