The aim of this symposium is to provide students a forum to present and discuss their recent and ongoing research on topics related to any area of language study that engages with linguistic and cultural products and processes of different communities around the world. We invite abstracts from students of all levels of language proficiency, and especially encourage submissions that interrogate cultural and linguistic marginalization and combat discourses of oppression.
