Abstract
It is nearly impossible today to avoid the marketing blitz initiated by the nutritional supplement industry and directed toward athletes of all ages. It is appropriate and warranted for the public to be wary of the various advertising claims. The one possible exception to all of this may be ads pertaining to chocolate milk as a recovery aid.
