Description

FlowCast is a data-driven machine learning system that models how focus and productivity fluctuate across the menstrual cycle for college students. Using menstrual cycle phase information alongside contextual features such as sleep duration, stress level, and symptom severity, the system predicts whether a given day is likely to be a high-focus or rest-oriented day.
