Course Description

Oboe/English Horn study consists of 14 weekly individual lessons (.25 credit =1/2 hour or .50 credits = 1 hour), reed classes, studio classes and performance class as scheduled. Lessons will cover technical studies, solo, chamber and orchestral repertoire. Music majors will play a jury exam at the end of the semester for the woodwind faculty.

Student Outcomes

Development of technical and musical skills according to the background, experience and goals in the music field.
