Abstract

Mother-and-child Notebook App is a health management app for a mother and her baby. It enables parents to record all the health information, for example, mother's health check results during pregnancy, infant's information at birth, and childhood illness and vaccine record. These records make it easy for parents to manage baby's health condition and look back at the health information whenever they need. As a result, it achieves to decrease the risk of infant death and give reassurance to a mother and women who desire to have children.
