Abstract
Taylor Cripe is in DePauw's class of 2026. She is pursuing an English writing major with a religious studies bridged major. Although she dabbles in fiction writing, she prefers poetry for the nuanced and intuitive way it conveys its themes. She is excited to be a part of this semester’s edition of A Midwestern Review.
